“I’ll call you my friends…” –John 15:15

Last Sunday as I dismissed our little ones after the Children’s Message, one little guy stopped about half way to the back, turned around and called out brightly with a wave, “See you Pastor John!” Then he continued on his way.

That’s what it means to be a family of God. It is when we look at another in the church and call out to them as a friend.

May we all show that Christ-like love to others. May they see in us a friend in Christ.
And thanks, Luke, for that spontaneous sermon last Sunday… Short and so very sweet.
